I'm so glad you got it to work! Since I get out of school at 12:30 each day I usually have my afternoons free unless I'm doing something else but I always have my evening free because there's nothing to do during the night. Everything is shut down and sometimes it get really boring but usually I'll go online or we'll watch a movie or do homework. It depends on what I feel like doing. I hope that answers your question!

When Ethan comes over he won't be sharing a house with us because he's coming over with our church mission team so there will be 7 or 8 people. They will live at a conference center and they'll be moving around a lot. If they do come and visit and stay with us for a night I don't think it'll be weird. My dad and and his dad are good friends so whenever I go over to his house for dinner or something we always hang out and it's never been weird.

I don't think that we have yearbooks that have everyone's picture in them but we have a thing and at the end of every year they have pics and information of what the different grades did. I'm not really sure. I'll make sure to get a picture of my friends here though to show you.

No there aren't any movie theatres here which is really annoying but there has been some rumors that they might be building one. I'm not really sure if it's true or not.

No, I haven't gone out with anyone and I don't really like anyone. My love life is kind of boring but we go to a village called Mbyani every Friday. Most of the kids don't speak any English but some one of the boys that is there speaks really good English and he really likes me. He got a hold of my mom's cell phone number and has been calling me! It's really weird but all of the boys want to go out with the white girl. Unfortunately no one interesting likes me!

Well, if you're talking about people in my school a lot of people like Hip Hop and the same things that people in Allentown like. A singer that is really big is Chris Brown in my school. If you're talking about in the villages it's traditional dances and beating the drum type of thing. It varies with the different people.

The hottest would be about 95 degrees and the coldest would be 45 degrees. Right now it's about 65 degrees and it feels freezing!

It depends what you're talking about. If we go to the local market we can get loads off things really cheap but if you want imported things from South Africa, the UK, America then things get more expensive but overall I would say that things are less expensive.

What's the popular fashion styles there Terra? Like we have skinny jeans and messy buns, what do you guys have there?

Well, short skirts and just regular jeans are in fashion for all the rich kids that go to my school but out in the village there is no "fashion". We have to wear long skirts. It's hard to tell though since we were uniforms and we have to have our hair up so unless you see your friends or go to youth group then you don't really get to see what people wear.

Yes, we do have swimming pools. I don't have one of my own but both of our school have them so I can use that. Some of my friends have them but not many.

I haven't seen any leopards or jaguars yet but in July we're going to Zambia to a really big national park and there we will probably see more animals like that. I've seen a warthog! :) Haha....I've seen hippos, elephants, giraffe, and lots of antelope.

Well, for sports we have athletics which are like sprints, shot put, javelin, high jump, long jump, and cross country. I think we'll be doing more of that when we go to high school. I really like going to the orphanage. I can't really thing of anything else!

No, I haven't really eaten any weird things but I haven't been out in the "bush" for a meal yet. I think there might be some weird foods there! Malawians eat a food called Nsima that I've had. It doesn't taste like anything!

Well school is different in a lot of ways. Hmmmmmm.....where to start. Well for one thing we don't have one big building there are lots of classrooms and the hallways are outside. It's really different but I like it better. It is an international school so we have kids from all over the world which is really cool. In terms of subjects and work I have a different schedule each day. It was hard to memorize at first but now I'm used to it. For example on Monday my schedule is: gym, CDT (woodworking class), geography, and french. On Tuesday my schedule is: English, Math, Science, and History. It would take forever to do all the classes. The work isn't much harder but it was hard because they were doing something totally different from us but it's not like they're more advanced. I don't know if that really answers it but it would take forever to explain it all. If there's something more specific you wanted to know about you can ask me that too.
